We have called multiple time because our pickup was missed and receive the same response that they will send someone out to pick it up but it usually doesn't happen. My full trash container has been sitting by the road for two weeks and still not picked up. I can understand missing a new customer once, but three or four times in two months? Very poor management.

Watch out for this company. They will get you coming and going. Just had my rates go up 61% in a 12 month period of time. Unfortunately their contract penalizes you so much it is not worth cancelling your service. They also refuse to take a cancellation notice now for future end of service. It must be done 180 days out or they will automatically renew your contract and you are in the same bind again. You can't make this stuff up!

At the start of 2024 my city switched to Rumpke trash service. I live in city which means this is my only option or I'll be fined. At first it was fine. I requested 3 trashcarts because that's what I had before and I have a big family. About 2 weeks ago one of my trashcarts was missing. I contacted Rumpke and they gave me the serial numbers for my carts and I found my missing one at my neighbors. Refused to pick up broken down cardboard because it was not bound. Denied helping a disabled, American military veteran. Shame on you you, Rumpke.

This company is a joke! I've called MULTIPLE times over this past year because the lazy ass employees don't do their job correctly by picking up BOTH trash and recycling! My block has their recycling sitting out since Tues night. I've called multiple times since weds. We get fined for keeping our cans out longer than 24 hours in Parma Ohio. You will be paying ALL of our fines if we get cited! I'm also contacting corporate. This is ridiculous!

Every week I have to call Rumpke to advise that either my trash or my recycle has not been picked up. They continue to apologize weekly and say they will look into it and let me know that the route supervisor will ensure going forward they are picked up weekly. Again today after 2 calls over 40 minutes on the phone they have still not been emptied. I can't give a rating lower that one star. Terrible terrible customer service. Two weeks in a row missed my ***** ******OH *****residential trash pickup. I called and she sat there arguing with me that it's my fault ... they may have come at 7 am, they always have come in in the afternoon !!! She said they have the right to change the schedule in this case to allow the workers to avoid the extreme heat in the late morning early afternoon. Payment Dept. The company has told me and some of my friends that we do not have funds in our credit/debit cards when we do. We like to pay a year in advance not to have to deal with them because they have no local offices in which to pay or contact. They continue to do this to put you a month in arrears. They've refused credit/debit cards they say they take by telling us there is not enough to pay the bill, then we try to pay directly from the bank and they say we don't have enough numbers in our router number. If I could give 0 stars, I would!This place is a JOKE!!! They leave trash everywhere, throw your cans into the road, refuse to pick up EMPTY BOXES that can be mashed in their compactor....They're flat out LAZY!!! Their customer service *****!Why they're in a customer SERVICE role, is beyond me! They don't care one bit to service anyone!!! They are worthless!!!
