Their AR Department is horrible. We sent a check to pay our bill over a week ago and they are stating that they still have not received it. All other companies we paid got the money and the bank confirmed that they received it.
Rumple has very ******customer service I called 3weeks ago to have my damaged van replaced and it still sets in front of my house and was supposed to pick it up 2 weeks ago
For 7 of the last 8-9 weeks, Rumpke has not picked up our recycling. They picked up our trash but not our recycling. We forgave them and asked for a credit. A 5-6 dollar credit for a 130 dollar bill was all we got. They continue to do this and we can't get our recycling picked up. No one is taking any accountability for any of their actions.
Absolutely the worst trash service ever. Not only have they thrown trash cans away completely but they spill trash and dont clean it up, leave cans in the road etc. no regard to property whatsoever. Never know what time they are coming, just ridiculous service
They have missed my trash pick up the last 3 weeks I have had to call them each time. I think this is a horrible way to run a business.
Our Trash pick up is every Thursday around 6:30-7:00am. I put my trash cans in the same spot every Wednesday night or Thursday morning. As I went about my day to do errands, I came back home and seen the curb was cracked with the trashcan right in front of it. So I reached out to them 1 before they opened that day but then again the next day. They took forever to give us a responce and got a letter in the mail saying they denied our claim because we had no evidence. They never asked for any. Mind you... this was a while ago.... read more
My trash was not picked up on Monday. I called and they said it would be picked up within 48 hours, which would be Wednesday. It was still not picked up on Thursday morning. I called once again, and they said it would be picked up today. They still haven't picked it up. They drive by my trash can 3 times. I don't have room in my trash can to wait another 3-4 for them to pick it up. This isn't the first time this has happened. My trash can never moves. It stays in the same spot all week. In reviewing the previous posts regarding this company, little is left to be said! I love the comment toward the bottom from Rumpke instructing someone to call customer service. Their hands are tied regarding service issues. The upper management recently made a terrible decision to change the pickup day, our trash has not been picked up on the scheduled day for going on 6 weeks. If ********wasn't so ridiculously expensive, I would have already changed.
Disappointed with Rumpke Customer Service. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and have no complaints about pick up. Due to price increases and fees, I decided to change to a local trash company who offers the same service for nearly 1/2 the price. I contacted Rumpke via email a month ago indicating I wanted to cancel and to ask what measures needed to be taken to close my account, and received an email response asking why I wanted to cancel and confirm that I had paid for the upcoming quarter.
