Would have given 0 stars if possible! Worst service ever! Rumpke has only picked up the trash for our apartment complex twice within 6 weeks! I have had several conversations with customer service and the dispatcher for our location. Every time its a different excuse why they didnt pickup (overflowing dumpster, car in the way, etc). Our garage receptacle was taken a month ago now and there is yet to be any resolution. First time my husband the representative suggested that we buy a new one and expect a partial reimbursement. We asked for a supervisor and were told that a used receptacle would be sent to us. Over two weeks ago we talked to someone again and we were told that we'd have a new can within 10 business days. I've been helping my sister out over the last year now and when we forget to move her van I usally run outside while they are still sitting in her driveway to move it but they usally leave after a few mins after I have moved my sister van out of the way so they could have emptied her dumpers before they left her driveway.

RUMPKE bought out my previous trash service. Collection is hit and miss! They try to hide extra fees. If you call for reservations they just lie and tell you what you want to hear but don't do anything at all! Not impressed and will be looking for a new service!

Every 2-3 months they fail to pick my trash up. Called today and they said our trash wasn't out. Our cans have not moved in 20 years!! I explained that this is an ongoing issue and the girl said that we have't had any service issues since May of 2022. That is a lie! She said she will try to get someone to come get it but no guarantees. I said well then if you can't then I need a credit for the missed week. She said no credits will be issued. So they can just not pick your trash up but you still have to pay?? Lost my business... read more

Rumpke is charging me for past months they said I didn't pay them I offer to show them my bank statements that proves I did pay thr bill and I have conformation code they didn't want to see it said that I am being difficult and they can't talk to me they tried so they will have someone call me no one has called back to fix this and I am still left with owing back payments that has been payed one person said it was 2 months behind the other said 1 month only thing was offered was to email me the bill they say I missed when sh... read more

Miss trash won’t come back to pick it up. Worst trash company out there no wonder everyone is getting rid of them! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

How many times can you miss someone's garbage within a year? Bet Rumpke can answer that question! How about hiring some real employees instead of these lazy no good bums that can't seem to do their job right. Where is my new can I was promised 3 months ago? You are a ******* joke

Rumpke bought out the trash service we were using. We had been paying $75 every 3 months. They raised our rates after a year of them buying out our prior trash company, which was fine, but since then, they continue to raise rates. We were paying a set price for trash and recycling. During the pandemic, they decided to start charging for fuel, which increased the rate by quite a bit. Then they decided to bill separately for recycling, so that raised the rate a little bit more to $95 for 3 months. Now I get my most recent bill... read more
