garbage truck driver tore lines that cross street and was not going to stop if i had not been outside. did call someone but no answer. their drivers need to slow down and pay attention thru residential neighbor hoods. when calling them, someone needs to answer phone in a timely manner. and their drivers need to speak english. hope they have good insurance to pay for damage to my house where they tore trim away when lines came down.

Service was cancelled with June 1st as the last pickup date. The ticket to pick up the trash cans was not put in place until june 14th with a 2 week turn around, ensuring that the receptacles were left abandoned for 5 weeks longer than necessary. Combining this major inconvenience with the plethora of times they missed a service pickup and refused to rectify the situation, I would never recommend this organization to any individual or group.

They are good at picking up garbage but are not good at picking up yard waste. We have to call them almost every week and sometimes they skip a week. The customer service will remind you of your calls and voice mails, but do not get your yard waste picked up. If you do not call customer service, how would they know that it was not picked up. They seem offended that you want it picked up

Worst service ever, miss our whole street won't pick up trash on side of road and if our lid does not close all the way they won't touch it and we have to pay for them to come pick up extra bags because they missed it. Customer was completely rude and pretty much had no care about what they didn't do.

Horrible pick up service. Horrible management. We are constantly being skipped. We have multiple times since signing onto their service. We have just canceled but unfortunately there is no other option in my area. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Our city contracts rumpke for trash and recyclables collection. They are always lae, sometimes skipping pickup altogether. They have destroyed our waste receptacles, and sometimes do not pick up all that is set out, saying it's too heavy or not wrapped correctly. They do not pick up these items because drivers are lazy.

Rumpke purchased my trash company that has not missed a pickup date in years! Rumpke has horrible customer service, especially when they missed 2 weeks in a row. My pickup day has been Friday at 3:30 AM for years, you could set your watch to that time. Rumpke supposedly sent a letter that my date had changed, which was never received, apparently several others on my road had not received said letter. Rumpke provided dumpster services to our farm near Connersville, IN. The drivers stopped picking up the refuse in 2019, but Rumpke continued to bill us for several months, even after we phoned and wrote several times. Then they charged us for breaking the contract, even though they had stopped providing services. This company is unresponsive, unethical, and outrageous.
