I have called their customer service every week for the past month after our trash was not picked up. They did pick up 1 time this month, only because I called and they arrived 48 hours later. We are current on our payment so there is no reason why our trash was not picked up. They are suppose to come Tuesday evening and I always put it out on Monday night- again- its now Thursday and no sign of a garbage truck. Terrible service. Trash has remained in the front of our house for 4 days and possibly more as I don't believe they will make a special trip on the weekend. Was told on several occasions that trash would be picked up within 48 hours of complaint. Yet, no one showed up. Rumpke was informed a week prior that there would be a large item (dishwasher) included with trash. Was informed that since this would be the first pickup of the month, there would no charge. They don't pick up our trash most weeks customer service is terrible.
