Website is just terrible. Every single time I attempt to make a payment I have to jump through a bunch of hoops. Theres two separate logins.. makes no sense. Every time I log in, I get asked to go paperless or set up auto pay. In my opinion, they make the site extremely difficult to navigate in order to force your hand to set up autopay. Unethical. The loan officer I worked with 2 years ago was not pleasant to work with either. Other than this, it has been an OK experience. **** is outlined clearly.

Fantastic service. From pre-approval to closing, we only spent a little over a month working with Ruoff and we closed on our projected close date. We went in to this process with high expectations and Ruoff and our loan officer went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations entirely. Our first home buying experience went so smoothly and was virtually stress free. Highly recommend.
