We have used Ryan 3 times as a buyer and seller. Ryan is very knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure we had all of the information needed in order to be very aggressive in the buyers market. On the flip side he made selling our homes a breeze! Right off the bat we were very impressed with our listing. The photos were outstanding and looked very professional. An instant eye catcher on all of the real estate sites. Ryan is awesome and is truly recommended!

Ryan and Julie are some of the most responsive and helpful professionals in the real estate business. They went out of their way to find solutions to the numerous questions and tasks that arose during the course of selling my property, and trust me there were many, as I was an out-of-state Seller. They became my partners in this difficult, confusing and stressful process, and I can't thank them enough. You could not ask for better teamwork or dedication to getting the job done.

Ryan was always very accommodating to our needs and the types of properties we wanted to see. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our area. Further, if we had questions that he didn’t know the answers to, he didn’t hestitate in contacting the seller’s agent to get us the answers.

We hired Ryan as our listing agent to sell our home so that we could move closer to our grandkids. He came over very prepared and guided us on how to price the property to sell without leaving any money on the table. Sure enough, the home sold after just a few days on the market for full asking price. His office guided us through all the necessary requirements in order to have a smooth settlement. Ryan could not have been more professional. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. Ryan listed my mother's home for sale on a Friday and it sold two days later on Sunday for the full asking price and in "as is" condition. I would highly recommend Ryan Petrucci to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Can't say enough about our experience with Ryan! He was great and took all of the negotiation hubbub off my shoulders. He handled all interactions and the process was the smoothest for me out of th 8 houses I have sold. Thank you again for all your guidance and help.
