Ryan could not have been more professional. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. Ryan listed my mother's home for sale on a Friday and it sold two days later on Sunday for the full asking price and in "as is" condition. I would highly recommend Ryan Petrucci to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Ryan’s help with my recent real estate transaction was invaluable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Can't say enough about our experience with Ryan! He was great and took all of the negotiation hubbub off my shoulders. He handled all interactions and the process was the smoothest for me out of th 8 houses I have sold. Thank you again for all your guidance and help. Nothing better said about Ryan, when another competitive collegue said I was in good hands and he is the best!

From the time we interviewed Ryan Petrucci to the time of settlement everything he promised came true. He told us he give an update every Friday and give us feedback on all showings. His staff would be in touch with details to be considered. His professional approach to all that he does is without question. We would highly recommend Ryan and his staff to our friends or anyone considering selling or buying a property.

This was an estate sale. Shortly after my mother passed, I contacted Ryan to help in the sale. I live 750 miles away and working with Ryan made it feel like I was just next door. He helped me price the property so we received an offer for $5K over asking price within 24 hours of listing. While selling a home can be a stressful experience, Ryan made it about as stress-free as it gets. We decided to purchase a new home first, then after closing the goal was to sell the home that we had been living in very quickly…but still for a great price. Ryan presented a very clear and detailed market analysis for my property, with true comparables (not just any local sales). Then, we priced the property accordingly (which was higher than I had been expecting). Within the first two days, we'd had 20 showings and 8 offers, almost all above asking price.
