Without Ryan, our move experience would have been a disaster. Things turned a little rough , early on , and we lost about a month in our move time table. My first meeting with Ryan was very positive. He came to our meeting prepared with up to date stats for similar homes in our area and gave very good suggestions on where the property should be priced. He was spot on with the price. The whole process went as smooth as possible thanks to both Ryan and Julie. They are very professional and make an excellent team. Ryan and Julie were very helpful during every step of the process. We could not have been happier with how Ryan and Julie worked with us in selling our deceased parents home. Ryan was patient and understanding with us as we took a good while to get the place cleaned out, but then gave us good advice in exactly what we needed to do and how to set a fair price.
