Ryan Petrucci and his team were fabulous throughout the process of selling my late mother's home in Hershey's Mill. Ryan was always professional, courteous & available. Julie Tate, his Transaction Manager, couldn't have been more gracious nor accommodating. They were always prompt in returning my calls and went above and beyond when ensuring that inspections, codes & home owner association regulations were met with complete compliance. Ryan and his Transaction Manager, Julie Tate were both very professional and caring in all my interactions with them. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly and were always available with good advice and directions. Their concern certainly helped me to navigate the real estate process with a minimum of angst. I would certainly recommend Ryan and Julie to anyone considering any type of real estate transaction.

Ryan did an amazing job! Not only did he help us find our dream home, but he helped us sell our existing residence. Where do I begin - Ryan has been absolutely amazing as my realtor especially as I live in South Africa and had to sort out the estate of my late mom whilst being thousands of miles away. Without Ryan, our move experience would have been a disaster. Things turned a little rough , early on , and we lost about a month in our move time table. My first meeting with Ryan was very positive. He came to our meeting prepared with up to date stats for similar homes in our area and gave very good suggestions on where the property should be priced. He was spot on with the price.
