This was our parents home and we had several challenges all on the family side.. Juilie and Ryan helped us tremendously since both of us ( children) live out of state, they jumped into several matters that had nothing to do with the house and if this did not happen, the house would still be on the market. Ryan's knowledge and professionalism was obvious from the start. He helped my wife and I identify an aggressive price point to move our sell quickly. We worked with Ryan Petrucci to sell our house in PA. The reason we went with Ryan was because he had a solid 'numbers of sells' record. I specially appreciated working with Ryan because he is data driven. Right before listing our property with him he gathered all the relevant information on the current market status and the placing of our property. Ryan has been very active in selling this house. He promoted it well and got a lot of traffic and interest in it. He helped a great deal in the negotiations with the buyer and closed the deal! He took care of a great many details that saved me time and his knowledge of the housing market in the area contributed to this successful sale. Well done Ryan!

After 6 months and very little activity, I decided to change real estate agents. Ryan was able to reach out to me by my cell. Only one other agent was able to do this. All others used the US postal service which amazed me in this technological age. I agreed to meet with Ryan along with two other agents individually.
