Overall, we were pleased with our experience with Ryan Petrucci as our agent. We appreciated his good nature, his professional touch, and his knowledge and expertise. Generally speaking, he was a responsive advocate who seemed to understand and appreciate our needs as clients. This was our parents home and we had several challenges all on the family side.. Juilie and Ryan helped us tremendously since both of us ( children) live out of state, they jumped into several matters that had nothing to do with the house and if this did not happen, the house would still be on the market.
