Ryan earned my business in our first discussion by asking me detailed questions about goals for the sale of my mother's property, and what investment I wanted to make to reach a sale. He had arrived with thorough dossier of recent sales in the area, and explained how sometimes poor strategies resulted in price reductions and a long time to draw in potential buyers to view these other properties. We have used Ryan 3 times as a buyer and seller. Ryan is very knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure we had all of the information needed in order to be very aggressive in the buyers market. On the flip side he made selling our homes a breeze! Right off the bat we were very impressed with our listing. The photos were outstanding and looked very professional. They went out of their way to find solutions to the numerous questions and tasks that arose during the course of selling my property, and trust me there were many, as I was an out-of-state Seller. Ryan was always very accommodating to our needs and the types of properties we wanted to see. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our area. Further, if we had questions that he didn’t know the answers to, he didn’t hestitate in contacting the seller’s agent to get us the answers.

Ryan could not have been more professional. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. Ryan listed my mother's home for sale on a Friday and it sold two days later on Sunday for the full asking price and in "as is" condition.
