Really appreciated the great and timely communication from Ryan and Amanda at Wydham. Very proactive in reaching out and being available to answer any questions. But honestly---I rarely had any questions because they were so on top of my application and status. Very easy refinance. Polite, knowledgeable, courteous. Highly recommended!

I had a really good experience with Ryan (twice now) and Wyndham mortgages from start to finish. They were always quick to respond and communicated clearly. The process what very efficient and all documents they needed were easily uploaded to their web portal. I would recommend them highly!

Ryan was there to answer all my questions. He did not hide any info as other lenders do.He suggested ways to lower our PMI. The final result was much more satisfying and surprising.He answers your calls/replies very quickly. He discussed all the options that were available to use and which one is the better one for the long term. We are going to recommend him to our family and friends.
