Ryan assisted us with four very complex refinance with cash out loans including investment property. The lender requested documentation in plenty of notice so we could get it to him with plenty of time to close on schedule. Everything requested was reasonable and in line with buying a house. As we had been through several bad experiences, Ryan took the time to really thoroughly explain my questions and make sure I understood. Very grateful for the special attention and never feeling like I was a pain.
