Omg... this place this place.... What can I say? It's amazing. I brought Mr. Whiskers (my rattie) in to have them look at some skin issues he was having and they were able to schedule me super quick. Even making the appointment through the phone, the staff was wonderful and accommodating. On the day of Mr. Whiskers appointment the staff continued to blow me away. It's a little weird to be writing a great review for a place that euthanized a beloved pet but I can't say enough positive things about them. We switched to this vet when our cat became ill. She had thyroid issues and they figured it out and got it under control. Unfortunately, she developed cancer and was suffering terribly. I was a mess, they were patient and kind. Friendly staff that truly cares about the patients they receive... They work hard to make sure that any issues your pet might be having are attended to and in a way that you would expect your furry family member to be treated. I've since moved out of the Redondo area and although it is a bit of a drive for me now, I still take both of our dogs to Sacajawea because I know it's worth it for the health and well being of my canine companions.

Great communication and awesome staff! I love how quickly they get your pets lab results back and their appointment reminders. They also have nice discounts. I also love that they talk sweetly to my fuzz ball and have patience when all she wants is to sit on the scale (they moved the scale during the examination so she'd be more comfortable). They understand pets are family and I have never been disappointed with how they treat Butterscotch Muffins (female cat). :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I was going to another Vet in Federal Way and was getting C- Service and a HUGE bill every time we went in. NOW- I am getting A+ Service at an amazing price :) They love my dog & honestly want to help with her skin issues. I strongely recommend them & My doctor Yvette Virgin!!

One of the best equipped veterinary clinics I have ever found. I have been a patron there for approximately 20 years and no matter where I live in WA I still continue to drive to Federal Way when it comes to serious issues with my pets. I have sent many people to Sacajawea and nobody has ever had a complaint.

If there were zero stars, I would give it zero stars. We were 8 minutes late for our visit after we drove 45 minutes. This was merely for a annual check up and I was worried that my dog has something going on with her ears. We got turned away because we were past the five minute mark. And they would not allow us in. They also bombard you with emails and texts messages that sound very salesy to try to get to spend more money not to help your pet. This is the first time that I'm having to leave a bad review on anybody's services but unfortunately I have to today. My pet was experiencing a pretty severe urinary tract infection first doctor advise antibiotics a five day course which typically should work after the first course it did not work so I brought him back to run some more tests First red flag where this doctor was walked in and told me that she googled what could be going on with him and then slapped a $1600 bill in my face based off of what she googled could b... read more
