They didnt pick up on my cats heart murmur, nor the fact that she only had 1 developed kidney. They claim to have had a 3rd party do a full review of her case in 1 day! You people cant be explained. What the hell is wrong with you? Dr Virgin should NOT be allowed to work as a vet in this state, ot any other for that matter.

These guys are liars and cheaters. Took my money and never delivered an international health certificate. Here is what happened: They were supposed to provide with an international health certificate for a traveling dog. They took on Sep4.2022 a deposit of $75 and they mentioned in an email that it will cost $55 for the international health certiticate plus $32 for each vaccination. We decide for an appointment on Oct24,2002 to bring my dog, they will do couple shots and they will start the paper work to send to USDA for end... read more

I used to love the vet I worked with but the practice's policies are not fair to the pets or their parents. The other vets at the practice were not worth the time or money. They put me on a "Paw Plan" which locks you into working with them. However, they do not make allowances for the fact that older pets (or any pet in certain circumstances) cannot wait weeks to see a vet. If they cannot see you they expect you to go somewhere else at full price even while paying them monthly for the "loyalty" program. Even more dist... read more

Our Cat was stolen. The microchip was scanned there and they gave the cat back to the potential cat theif. They Should have at least given the cat to the humane society to ensure we would get her back.

Vet misdiagnosed my dogs, talked down to me for questioning her opinion in the slightest and disregarded everything i said that would have helped her come to the right conclusion. Their pet care plans are a rip off and after $400 between both dogs, they both still have the same exact issue. Was able to research on my own what it was and bought the product i needed online, dogs are good now. No thanks to the veterinarian here. If i needed someone to condescend to me and treat me like an uneducated peasant for money next time ... read more

They're too much in to making money, not the service provided, after paying for service provided and pay them still charged with unknown fee and send us to collections, that still need to adjust on credit reports.

My chocolate lab developed a serious ear infection overnight and brought him to Sacajawea Hospital at 1230 pm, urgent situation. No one was in waiting room and I was told because I had not been there before they would not accept him. I pressed them for an alternative and was uncaringly told to go to somewhere by the mall. I will not return or refer them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go here, they just want your money. Highly unprofessional staff that always give mixed messages. My pet needed a renew in prescription and they told me that he needed a weight check, and we asked twice if that was necessary when his weight haven't changed. They kept saying yes. So then we finally schedule the weight check, and now they are saying he needs an exam for them to prescribe medications. What?! Like you already prescribe it before. Even if that was necessary, why didn't you ... read more

We've brought our dog here before, so when we had an accidental puppy litter I wanted to bring them back here because our first visit had gone ok and I didn't want to just take new puppies to a walk in clinic, etc. It had been a little annoying having to buy so much meds at once considering there are cheaper places to get them but whatevs. They told us they'd need a deposit, so I called this weekend to get an estimate. Basic puppy shots and deworming. The estimate they sent didn't have anything on it about dewormer and it lo... read more
