Friendly staff that truly cares about the patients they receive... They work hard to make sure that any issues your pet might be having are attended to and in a way that you would expect your furry family member to be treated. I've since moved out of the Redondo area and although it is a bit of a drive for me now, I still take both of our dogs to Sacajawea because I know it's worth it for the health and well being of my canine companions.
Great communication and awesome staff! I love how quickly they get your pets lab results back and their appointment reminders. They also have nice discounts. I also love that they talk sweetly to my fuzz ball and have patience when all she wants is to sit on the scale (they moved the scale during the examination so she'd be more comfortable). They understand pets are family and I have never been disappointed with how they treat Butterscotch Muffins (female cat). :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I was going to another Vet in Federal Way and was getting C- Service and a HUGE bill every time we went in. NOW- I am getting A+ Service at an amazing price :) They love my dog & honestly want to help with her skin issues. I strongely recommend them & My doctor Yvette Virgin!!
One of the best equipped veterinary clinics I have ever found. I have been a patron there for approximately 20 years and no matter where I live in WA I still continue to drive to Federal Way when it comes to serious issues with my pets. I have sent many people to Sacajawea and nobody has ever had a complaint.
They didnt pick up on my cats heart murmur, nor the fact that she only had 1 developed kidney. They claim to have had a 3rd party do a full review of her case in 1 day! You people cant be explained. What the hell is wrong with you? Dr Virgin should NOT be allowed to work as a vet in this state, ot any other for that matter.
These guys are liars and cheaters. Took my money and never delivered an international health certificate. Here is what happened: They were supposed to provide with an international health certificate for a traveling dog. They took on Sep4.2022 a deposit of $75 and they mentioned in an email that it will cost $55 for the international health certiticate plus $32 for each vaccination. I used to love the vet I worked with but the practice's policies are not fair to the pets or their parents. The other vets at the practice were not worth the time or money. They put me on a "Paw Plan" which locks you into working with them. However, they do not make allowances for the fact that older pets (or any pet in certain circumstances) cannot wait weeks to see a vet. If they cannot see you they expect you to go somewhere else at full price even while paying them monthly for the "loyalty" program. Even more dist... read more
Our Cat was stolen. The microchip was scanned there and they gave the cat back to the potential cat theif. They Should have at least given the cat to the humane society to ensure we would get her back.
Vet misdiagnosed my dogs, talked down to me for questioning her opinion in the slightest and disregarded everything i said that would have helped her come to the right conclusion. Their pet care plans are a rip off and after $400 between both dogs, they both still have the same exact issue. Was able to research on my own what it was and bought the product i needed online, dogs are good now. No thanks to the veterinarian here.
