I had a wasp problem. They made me sign a 1 year/quarterly contract to spray for them. If wasps returned, they would come back before the next quarter to respray. It never really fixed the problem -- just lessened it. After my 1 year was up, I called to cancel contract. Customer service rep said he couldn't do it. This company is all about profit. They have no customer service at all. Just a call center. And when I tried to cancel out of dissatisfaction, they still charged me for another treatment they didn't complete. Still have moths, wasps, ants, mice and rabbits after purportedly six services!

I had to have them do the initial service twice. The 1st tech offended us by his unprofessionalism and he did a poor excuse for service. The second techs service was better but still a little rude. It has been almost 3 weeks and we are still seeing bug.

When the service started I asked for a hard copy of my contract. It was never sent. When I first contacted edge pest-control, they told me that there would be three visits and if I terminated the contract before those three visits, I would have to pay a penalty.There was absolutely nothing in the contract that stated anything regarding extended sessions. Why
Horrible experience. The past two appointments have been NO CALL NO SHOWS. Both times that I spoke to someone afterwards they told me something different from the previous person. Telling me that both times, someone in the office lied about what they were going to do. Awful. When they do show up, they do decent work, though.
During first call, they gave a very hard sell to sign up for a long contract. I felt pressured into signing it. Poor service once they did come out. Gave me a fight when I called to cancel the contract in the 3-day window to cancel.

The man who called me back (promptly, upon receiving a request through Home Advisor) was extemely knowledgeable and courteous. The technician who came out seemed a little less knowledgeable when I asked questions to confirm my understanding of how the pests would respond. The wasp nest DID get destroyed, which was the main objective, but the yellowjackets are still around (until a freeze, I guess). They were on time, efficient and did their work. Even though they had the wrong spelling of my street. I even spelled it twice over the phone when making the appointment, knowing companies put "Harbor" NOT "Arbor" as it should be. Of course it took about 2 and a half days for the "Whatever" type bees to go away from under my gutter, and a second treatment, but they are moved to somewhere else since I see them close to my fence when outside with my dog.
