Aug 3 they set rodent traps and I have seen more mice/rats in the part week than I saw before they came so how long does it take?
It may be because it was the first treatment, however since they came and sprayed, I still had to spray several times to keep the wasps under control. My wife was even stung. So at least twice a week I spray into the holes with raid wasp spray.
Be wary, if you are looking for a one or two time service this is not the company you should be doing business with. I was contacted by a sales representative promptly after submitting my request through HomeAdvisor. I discussed my spider problem with the representative who then explained to my that their service involves 2 initial visits (the first one discounted for coming through HA) and the second one month later. We had spiders all over our house and they were able to get me scheduled in less than a day. Pricing was fair and the service was top notch. I Have them on a contract now. Additioanl comments: I had an issue with billing and the company was not very understanding and accomodating. I was sent to collections and tried to work with Edge to resolve issue. I will have to find another vendor now because of the way they handled to situation.

Pests can be tough at times, but we do guarantee our work and will keep working at them until they're under control. Often that's accomplished with our regular regiment, but on occasion it warrants a bit more time and treatment. Please give us a call, and we'll be back out to take care of what it is you're still seeing!
We got stuck in a 2 year contract-- I tried to cancel the services, but was told that I would have to pay a rather steep penalty to discontinue service-- so they are still providing services for us because I'd rather get something for my money rather than just pay a penalty....be aware of their contract details!!!!
