This group knew our problem, but failed to tell us they did not treat that problem before signing us up for yearly coverage and coming out for inspection. Could have saved themselves and us a lot of time by being honest in the first place.

This company says whatever they need to say to get your service but the minute you have a problem and you are dissatisfied with their service they can find 1 million reasons not to show up and not come back out and re-service your home. When I initially signed up I got a same-day service on a Saturday at 7 o'clock in the morning now less than seven days later that I need to be reserviced again now no one's available!! Hired Edge Pest Control to handle a vole problem. When selling their service they assured me that four services over the course of one year would take care of the problem. After three services the problem is worse than ever. When I called to cancel they informed me I was still under contract for one more service, that they do not offer a guarantee and that it is common for the problem to persist despite their services. Funny how they didn't mention that when selling the service.
Came early which is always appreciated when the appt is in the late afternoon! Only concern I would mention is that I had told them my main issue was hearing activity (mice) in the attic, and they came without a ladder (tech said they were not allowed to have them). Not all attics have stairs to them, so I had to dig my ladder out for them to use.

I really will not know until the summer if they have treated my problem which was with wasps. I had a bad experience with one of their workers who stated they had completed the work while I was not at home but had not done so as my mother could attest to this. When I called to follow up with him, he hung up in my face. To the company's credit they went back to complete the work and discipline the worker immediately.
Took advantage of a senior with the signing of a contract. I was over sold. You do not need service every 5 weeks, every quarter is fine. They come out and you sign an electronic a tablet with your finger, and never receive a complete contract to sit and read, before signing.
i was put into a contract paid what was required and paid the bill and now they won't let me terminate the contract
