Knowing how much I will like or dislike this service will take time. The initial contact and first visit went very well. They were very professional and the cost is as reasonable as I have had in the past. So far, so good!

Well thought out plan to control problems
They were very nice and professional. They worked quickly and efficiency. They made sure all my concerns were addressed before they left.
We hired them as a preventative service after moving into an older home. We didn't necessarily have a bug problem before but noticed some dead bugs around the house and a lot of spiderwebs in the unfinished basement. The customer service was great. I am not sure how thorough the serviceman was, because he performed his work very swiftly. We haven't noticed any bugs yet though and will plan to continue the preventative year round service at this time.
