First of all, the Click Bait nature of this company is very dissatisfying. While they have local technicians, I was not pleased to learn that who you initially talk to are not those local technicians, at least in my experience. It was a call center in Utah and the sales pitch and information I received the multiple times I called for information weâ re way different than the actual price for services that I received when the technicians showed up. They double checked the swarming wasps and encouraged me to call if no improvement
If I see insects and call this company, they come out very quickly and spray again.
I have asked time and time again for a Friday or Saturday appointment and they schedule it for then but end up showing up on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Why ask what day is good if they are not going to come on that day requested? The guys that come spray are super nice and friendly, but the office people and management are not.
They did not treat the back yard, as our camera showed, and they yanked the hose across my bush, breaking a branch in the front. They treated the front and sides only.
Fought stink bugs f ok r 3 years, 1st service knocked them out, and killed all new arrivals.
