Very professional and communicated with me very well. They came out for the first visit and did everything as described. I have also hired them for quarterly maintenance. I am hopeful to have this same continued great service.
They are all very polite and helpful. I had them come spray and since we have no had any problem with spiders or such but are still seeing many ants. They have been very quick to fix anything I had a problem with or had a question about.
I was very satisfied with the first visit and I am confident that in the end of our agrrement the bugs shall be no more.
The service people who come out to the home are great, but I literally can not tell a difference at all with the actual services apart from the very specific things (like removing a wasp nest, etc.) Since it is winter, I called to cancel, thinking I would just use them when necessary, and I was told I could not. I said I always specifically ask, of any service, if I can cancel at any time and I was told I could. I am moving so I canceled my service. They would not give me a refund because I canceled a month early. A few days after canceling I found many wasps getting into my house due to the weather. I called them and they said I would have to pay them $73 to have them sprayed! I am a customer of 10 yrs. I am extremely mad with their customer service!!
STAY AWAY!!! Do not agree to a contract with these people! This company has no heart. If you are going through a tough time and need to cancel, they do notcare. They want their money, regardless of anything. They did not preorder supplies for the service, so your cancellation costs them nothing, but they will charge you regardless. And they use collection agency tactics and threats to do so. STAY AWAY!!!
They started treatments right away and came quickly if I needed a retreatment in between treatments. Mosquitoes, Mud Dauber Wasps and all other insects are gone.
