I thought by hiring a pro they would do something more than set a few traps. I've already done THAT much myself. But after a little more than a week the pros traps have only caught one mouse/mine have caught two. But hey... I had to give them a try. At least they were friendly and very likeable.

I have only dealt with them for the last 24 hours, but it was absolutely awful. I set up the mosquito and home pest control. They were supposed to come out and spray this morning as long as I electronically signed the service agreement. First, I was sent the wrong service agreement twice. Then I was sent the somewhat right service agreement twice, but it did not have the home pest control added to it. So I signed for the mosquito control, but was never sent the other one. Review the contract carefully. They say one thing then cannot produce what they promise they would do. Pressure you into contract and force you to sign to a long 2 year deal (which other companies don't).

Specifically instructed them to coordinate the visit before they came. Company policy is to call 2 days before coming. No one called and we weren't home. They didn't touch the back yard because of dogs and didn't do the treatment we requested. After a month long battle to get out of the contract (this was our second scheduling problem) we reached an agreement for a shortened contract with no penalty. Hearing similar stories from other residents of our neighborhood.

The person that came out to check the traps couldn't answer must of our questions and wanted to pull the traps early. They did send someone out every other day to check the traps but we had to pay the large amount of money and the mole was never caught. So I don't see why we have to spend money and get nothing caught. We only had 2 weeks and now if the mole keeps tearing up my yard I have to pay more money to catch him. I feel we are throwing money in the hole with the mole.
