The company is attempting to provide a service that isnâ  t always what the customer has expectations for. Itâ  s a good idea for the serviceman to explain what the company can do, and let him know that they will do whatever is necessary to meet those expectations if possible.

Another Mosquito company was a little better, for a lot less money, and they did not require a full 1-year contract. We will cancel at the end of one year. Edge Pest Control is not worth the money and they fired the young guy that did spray thoroughly only because other customers felt uncomfortable with his appearance. He was the most thorough and very customer-focused. Now we get covered in mosquito bites if we try to enjoy our yard.

Roaches are difficult to get rid of!!! This company has treated my house thoroughly!!!
I really like that they gave me an option to get rid of pests without risking my pets! Every other pest control company wants me to empty my home of all living things while they go in to for their tiny, tiny murder spree. Edge is clearly the company to go with if you want a surgical strike with no collateral damage!
I haven't been bothered with seasonal bugs in my home since we started using Edge and pleased to say that while some of our neighbors have ants and other insect problems, we don't and that is a big relief not only for me but for my whole family.

Willingly agreed to come back out to respray for ants, although we may have not waited long enough for the treatment to take care of the problem.

Nice people but their product does not work. I continue to have any problems.
They make promises to get you into a year contract, but you have to hound them to try to get them to follow through. I had a rodent control contract in which they made me sign a year pest control contract to get the year warranty. They have been coming to my property for a month and have not caught a single mole.
