They are very quick to get out, but they promised to be aggressive about monitoring bait boxes and refilling them . I had the impression they would be following up with me, but now I am starting to think I will be the one who has to follow up with them. That is a bit disappointing.
We have a baby. They worked us into the schedule so that the baby wouldn't be bitten any more. The man who came out did a thorough job and our flea problem has greatly settled down. We still have 2 more treatments to totally eliminate the problem.`
My house was being over-ran by spiders, including brown Recluse, ants and all sorts of insects. The spray that they use was an instant success, as I saw spiders dead the next day. We still have ants, but not nearly as many. I feel much better and can sleep at night now.

Ants take longer to get rid of than most pests because they live further below the ground. After a few more treatments you should see a huge drop in your ant activity!
The job did not get completed and they never called back when I called them twice so I had to call someone else to finish. I did get all the work I paid for.
There are still a lot of bugs, less then before, but I am not satisfied with the work that was done. He was very nice, but there are still a lot of bugs...
He didn't follow up and the voles are still there!!!!
