Insanely overpriced. Spent the whole time trying to upsell instead of handling my problem.
A week after moving into my home I heard a noise coming from crawl space. The day Edge came out I saw a stray cat who probably came from the space as the window cover was broken and cat was standing by. Edge said they signed me up for the wrong service and need to come back next week, IE: today. They have not come out yet. I am unsure how I feel about them at this point.

I advised of the location of the squirrel in the exterior wall of the house, yet 10 days for by and they have not got the animal contained.

From the moment I was connected to this company I felt like a number/quota for them. In the first phone call I was transferred 3 times and they were more concerned about me signing up for their 9 service agreement. I said I didn't want that as I'd never used them so why would I want to lock in for that long. They then mentioned their "renters" 5 service treatment and I agreed to that. I was under the impression I would be able to get someone to come out and look at the bee situation before telling me what they could do and price. What happened is I spoke with a representative that DID NOT come out and basically called me an idiot for saying I had a bee problem when HE knew it was probably wasps. It is a terrible company with horrible customer service!!! I was told that this product would be fine for the beehives I have in my yard. The Tech came out and laughed at that and said it was going to kill my bees. I asked to cancel since I was getting contradictory information and didn't want their product to kill off my bees. Was not satisfied with work, hey put traps out and they are nowhere to be found. I was put into a contract I was not aware of. I wanted to cancel they wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager they said someone was going to come out to fix the problem but no one came.
