Had an awesome dinner at Sago! The food was super flavorful and really well-seasoned all around. The bao buns were unreal—soft, packed with flavor, and probably the best I've had. The fried chicken was crispy, savory, and just plain delicious, and the wagyu skewers were very tasty. We also loved the broccolini—so much flavor—and the avocado salad was light and refreshing, a nice balance to the richer dishes. Lively atmosphere, GREAT service…. Food was over priced and not that tasty. Nice looking venue. Club like. Specialty cocktails were really well done. They need to balance their chairs and tables so they don’t wobble.
The restaurant and staff were amazing! Vibes and music were great and food was soooo delicious. Staff was so accommodating despite our group being incredibly late for our reservation. Thanks to everyone!

Every dish was amazing. The pacing and timing of dishes was off and the service varied depending on the area (our server and the manager were great). It was very hectic, especially with the Del Mar opening day post race crowd (lots of tipsy folks) so maybe not the best atmosphere to fairly evaluate all aspects of the restaurant but the good parts were more than enough for us to return.
