I hesitated writing this because I really wanted to like this place but it’s important for restaurants/bars to hear the good and the bad. I made a solo reservation for dinner and drinks because I’m a big time foodie and had heard good things about this place. I was seated on the end of a shared banquet/couch across from the bar that had little tables clearly intended for a cocktail. First off the food was great. Only comments, the cucumber salad was bland and the chicken and caviar, the chicken was really greasy. Otherwise the food was good. Here’s what really makes up my rating. I made a reservation but we were sat at the bar in front of all the garnishes which not only took up space but also as the bar got more crowded people were pushing in on our space and we had a hard time talking to each person in our group. The restaurant looks beautiful, but the noise was so loud you had to yell loudly for someone in your booth to hear you. Supposedly, one of their best dishes, Oysters, was missing. They chicken was non-existent in the dish, and the duck was cold. We were there to celebrate a birthday, but they had no desserts. If you're into loud restaurants and mediocre food, this is your place.
Food was delicious but tiny portions, service was poor and server did not check on us once, very loud to the point my husband and I were almost yelling to hear each other haha, likely will not return
Way to loud. They renovated and the tables are way to close togwther. Felt like sardines . The food choices were way better in the past
Waited over half an hour to be seated for our reservation. Service was not good and when we finally did get to order we were informed they were out of most every single main dish. I’d recommend for a drink at the bar but then you should head elsewhere
We were having a great time for about 90 minutes when we ordered our last round of drinks. As soon as they arrived, the hostess suddenly told us we had to leave because another party needed the table. If you needed us to leave, why let us order more drinks? We hadn’t even gotten our bill yet, and didn’t even get a chance to take a sip before essentially being kicked out. It left a sour end to what was otherwise a good experience.
Food was overall great, service was good, took more than half an hour to receive our drinks our food was out quick overall 6.5/10
I had high hopes for this place. The restaurant looks nice but can't make food. The food was very bad. We ordered the chicken caviar which was just a bad move but we were told it was good. Basically, it tasted like a raw chicken nugget. Slimy and gross. I was worried my food was undercooked. The tuna dish, also not good. The tuna was warm and smelled and tasted very fishy.
