First we were served by three people. The first server took our drink order and couldn't tell me what tea they had. The server who brought the drinks served the ceaser with no napkin, leaving the dimmer to leave a mess on my date's hand and on the table. The server who took our good order could not explain what was served with our steaks and poorly explained the size of the sides. We had to remind the server over and over again about drink orders, we had five people, when our meals finally came they missed one completely. it took another 15 - 20 minutes to get our last meal. We had to remind the server a few times about the extra glasses of wine we ordered before our meal and during the meal. We ordered coffee after dinner, it took over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Poor service Basically poor service. The server talked us into the prime rib special and then came back 5 minutes later to tell us we had to change our order because they were sold out. To make it up, he offered to comp an appetizer. That's nice but the "free" appetizer still ended up on the bill. We hadn't finished the appetizer when he told us our main course was ready.
