Disappointed Unfortunately, we did not have a good dining experience this weekend. My husband and I had dinner there a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful meal. When planning my father's 70th birthday we decided to return with our entire family. Sadly, it was a very different evening. Disapointing Night So it came time to order and I wanted to have a ribeye med rare. The server says we don't recommend that as there is too much fat and connective tissues and it becomes too chewy. Ordered steak at many places and never had this happen. So I thought the quality would be poor and I changed to a New York strip.So my strip loin arrived and it was 25% fat with grissal beside the fat. It was cooked okay but extremely chewy and tough.
