I'm a new guitar player. I came in looking for strings for my acoustic. While I was looking through the racks one of the guys asked if I needed any help. I said no and went on looking. I couldn't find what I wanted, saw him by the counter and asked for his assistance. He was obviously knowledgeable and also took the time to give me great advice.
