I called Sam Ash to get string changed on a fender Jazz Master, I spoke with Dave he told me come down ask for me and I’ll do it !! I walked in with my guitar I asked for Dave he dropped whatever he was doing and changed them in 10 min !! I was in and out !! That’s great customer service !! Thanks Dave and Sam Ash !!
