Chris in the drum dept is such a professional. He helped pick out a drum set for my daughter, which looks and sounds great. Also has a cool sense of humor. Other places you go, sales people don't want to help you out, or your interrupting their Facebook time. Thank you Chris and Sam Ash.

Nicest sales people and great techs. Had my Fender Strat setup because the action was a little too high and I picked it up yesterday and it is perfect. They also do things very quickly.
Knowledgeable staff. Their only concern is to make sure they can help me walk away with exactly what I need. Never overly pushy for sales. Quality people at the Paramus Rt4 location. The store must treat their employees pretty well, because I've been buying from the same 4 guys or so for easily 10 years at this point. I had bad experiences at the local Guitar Center, so Sam Ash is my go-to brick and mortar retailer for audio gear and musical instruments.
Took my Bass in for a set up by Billy at the Paramus store. He did an excellent job with intonation, adjusting the neck and bringing up to recording standards. I highly recommend his work!
