Fixed my sons guitar at no charge it was under warranty from musicians Friend. Rewarded em with buying a nice drum set. Great store. Lotsa choices.
Great variety and service in the drum department. If you want to see some unique cymbals, they have a bunch of stuff right now. I played on a 28” jazzy ride cymbal yesterday. How many people have ever even seen one of those?

I had wanted to go to a Sam Ash Music store for years, and finally did yesterday. Overwhelming experience for a musical instrument lover. Very helpful employees, great selection and and just plain fun to be there. I admire how the store is run. Well worth the trip!
Literally every single staff member was phenomenal. Everyone was incredibly friendly and willing to help. We took a group of teenagers to the Charlotte branch, many of whom are still very new to music, and they were willing to let them try out anything in the store. The staff definitely encouraged our group to continue pursuing music. I would go there again anytime.
