I was very pleased with your service and the staff was very helpful.
I've been doing business with this store since it came to Charlotte. I really like the sale's staff especially the one's in guitars. I have a great relationship with one in particular his name is Randy. He seems to be very knowledgeable about product and he's always helpful and willing to turn me on to new gear ie. foot pedals, amp, basses, etc. I am a bass player. Paul Codispoti is a gem! We felt like a family friend was giving us a personal welcoming tour of their home. He was very attentive, patient, and even saved us money by double-checking our equipment to ensure we were only buying what was required. Being treated like a friend instead of a sale is invaluable. We are so excited to share our experience with Paul every time my son plays his keyboard at school, in competitions, and at community events!
Rob in the drum department was so great and so nice and helpful. If you live in the Charlotte area or even out side of Charlotte go to the Sam ash there and they will help you big time. Thanks guys!
