Came in for a friend to tune up his strat. Came back much better. Andy Woods does great work.

I know mostly where to find the things I need there. When I come to Sam Ash, I come to buy. The staff knows this and treats me accordingly. Always polite but never patronizing or fake. They sell me what I want, usually at everyone else's best price. Andy Wood has been working on my basses (and guitars) for years. Can't ask for more than that. It's a familiar place.......
Came in to look at guitars for my 14 year old son. Didn't think we were going to buy anything. The store was busy, but multiple salesmen repeatedly checked in to see how we were doing and to offer advice and to point out pros and cons of everything we were looking at. We ended up buying a package and the salesman through in a couple of extras which was very nice. The experience was great and I would recommend shopping here.

Went to get some audio recording equipment. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great music store to get whatever you need.
