Great customer service
We came in to start looking at buying a new trumpet for my son that is in college now. He still was playing his beginner trumpet and needed to step up. Was not expecting to buy the exact same day. The associate had a used Bach 37 Strad Pro trumpet that he let my son look at and play. He also gave us a great deal. We will be back to shop at Sam Ash in Charlotte in the future and will refer others also.
Paul is always very knowledgeable and keeps up on point.Being parents of first time band kid Paul makes us look good

Chris went above and beyond to help the SKILLS Group of Charlotte with a mixer and system to use in our educational enrichment program for teens and adults with special needs. He identified our needs, recommended products which would last our group and fit a variety of applications. He also showed us how to set up and even allowed us to video his instructions. A few months ago i purchased a hartke kb15 bass amp and the sales person was great , i come from the east coast and while visiting sisters and brothers here in charlotte i always stop by sam ash on westpark dr. And on april 30, 2018 i needed a smaller bass amp just for practice at home and small venus and a sales person introduced me to the new line a hartke hd amps and i could'nt leave without the little hd25 , made another great purchase , thanks sam ash staff on westpark in charlotte just 7 min. from my sisters house.

Paul Codispoti made my sound system purchase a pleasure. He set it all up, taking several hours of his valuable time and is highly knowledgeable and a creative problem solver. My setup was complicated yet he never became impatient with me while teaching me about. Talk about above and beyond service after the sale...the first day of my setting it up was a disaster.
