Love the selection and prices
Im a touring musician had rely on Sam Ash for much of my gear needs when I’m on the road. If I need service they are quick to respond (some shops are better at this the others) and generally resolve my issues promptly. Good customer service and I value my working relationship with them! Love the selection of vintage and pre owned too.
Guitar Center has gotten " Cold" no customer service, they don't really care for your business.Came by Sam Ash store on the way home and was real impressed with how they treat their customers. Thanks guys! Pleasure doing business with. Only store you want to go to in Charlotte
