I came in thinking about trading in my guitar for a smaller one (3/4) with nylon strings because I thought it would be easier on my fingers and easier to learn on. But instead of pushing me to buy a new one, they ended up restringing my beautiful dark red Ibanez with smaller guage strings and explaining some of its features to me that I didn't really know about. I only ended up spending $30 for a new set of thinner strings that are easier on my fingers and they switched them out and tuned it up on the spot in 20 minutes. So ... read more
