I Love Sam Ash Columbus! I find an excuse to go there every other week. As a newbie guitar player, everyone in the guitar department and front desk makes me feel welcome and comfortable to disturb their ears with my bad playing (LOL). Jesse is a magician and I don't trust anyone else to fix my guitars. I feel at home there and wouldn't buy guitars and gear anywhere else! You guys rock!!
I will only shop at Sam Ash Columbus for my needs. Jim and Jordan and really everyone there treat me like family every time I go in. It's just so rare to have that kind of service in today's world. Thanks Matt Withrow
