I just had my Martin tenor saxophone repaired and it was done to perfection. Sam the repair person is a man with many talents and is extremely knowledgeable. My saxophone is very old, but it plays like new again. Thanks to the Sam Ash store and Sam who repairs everything back there in the band integument section.

What an awesome store! The employees treated my 9 yr old son and I with great customer service. My son is just starting out with drumming and they treat him like he is a professional drummer. He is allowed to play any set and he loves it. They also gave me advice on what to buy and invited us to open mike nights and special drumming nights. It is a great experience and an experience we loved,will return again soon.

Never touched a guitar before, didn't know what I was doing or what I needed , these guys walked me through explained what I needed and where my first steps should be. It's now gonna be my go to music stop. Thanks guys.

Always find grate stuff here
My wife and I are both retired and we collect and play musical instruments. We stopped in and toured the Columbus store and could not believe the amount of product available! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a pocket trumpet and a Martin guitar.
