Quick response to my question about what was in stock via telephone. As soon as I entered the store someone volunteered to take me to the guitar department. They had the guitar I wanted waiting for me when I arrived. Rachel was helpful in checking it out and tuning it. This was great service.Â

I haven't been to this Sam Ash in years. I was very impressed by everyone's welcoming attitude and comprehensive knowledge. It's been a while since I've played guitar, so naturally I had a bunch of questions about everything. After working with the manager Ben, I was able to get answers to all of my questions and get a lot of great advice. Not to mention, their selection was very diverse and they had items I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I will definitely be a go to customer for this location.Â
The salesman/ guitar tech was heavily bombarded with professional musicians as soon as we walked in. The instruments they were picking up weren’t 100% ready but the staff member did make it right for each one as we waited in line . I’d also like to extend a thanks to the percussion department for helping me with of the hip knowledge on lighting. His personal experience was valued and made a difference in my show.Â
