Great customer service! My daughter and I came to Sam Ash Music store to purchase a keyboard for beginners. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted then referred to a young lady who would assist us in purchasing a keyboard. This young lady was extremely helpful and accommodating to myself, as well as, my daughter regarding our preference. She then referred us to a gentleman who was even more knowledgeable in keyboards.
