The process of financing or getting a loan is always scary for most people, but Sam made it so easy and logical. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. However, the best part of my whole experience was that he was always accessible by text, email, or phone. He is very busy, but he always answered my questions and gave me comfort throughout the process. He is also trustworthy and honest which is very hard to find. Once you work with him it's hard to ever consider another option. Highly recommended.
Couldn't be happier with my overall experience. In fact this will be my 3rd Loan with Sam. Let's just say this loan wasn't the easiest because of contingencies but I still got a fantastic rate and managed to close escrow within 3 weeks. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
Sam was extremely helpful he made the loan process really easy and understanding and overall he's good a what he does, really friendly as well.
