Sam was very through and straightforward when he closed my transaction. This actually my third transaction with him which includes two conventional loans and a refi. He is honest and lays out everything on the table for your convenience. He won't stop until you get your loan approved and will work with your limitations. Sam Hijazin has come to my rescue on 2 occasions in the past few years with the refinancing of my home loan mortgage.
