Homepath lending is the best lender I've ever worked with. Sam truly is very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions for the sell of my previous home and helped with the purchase of my new home. He felt very comfortable with the process. He shopped around for the best rates for me, I couldn't be happier with the loan he gave me. He also helped me with a refi and helped save me money every month. During my mortgage refinance Sam Hijazin was extremely helpful in every aspect related to the process. He was always available when I needed to talk to him. We had tried several lenders and could not get approved for the amount that we needed. Sam reviewed our situation and was able to help us get the house that we wanted. Sam has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He made our home purchase a breeze. This truly was the best home loan experience we've had. Sam is very knowledgeable and is on the ball. Sam took it upon himself and went out of his way to make sure we didn't get overcharged on the entire purchase of our home (escrow fees, etc.) I wish every mortgage banker/lender was the same.
