Sam is such a great lender. As I was beginning to explore the housing market (no intention of starting the buying process) Sam sat down with me to careful explain what I should expect and how I should prepare. Sam and his team were fantastic to work with and made the process of our first home purchase extremely smooth. They were extremely responsive to our calls and communicated with us each step of the way. Their fast, thorough work enabled us to close quickly on our new home with no surprises. We would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.
I really appreciated Sam's approach. I had lots of questions and he was very responsive and thoroughly explained the process. He was very helpful in giving me enough information to determine when to lock in my rate.
Sam did a fine job of walking us through the process and then assisted us from start to finish. His team made it easy for us to sign and submit all the documents. Sam made time to show up at the closing, making us feel confident we were in good hands.
