Sam really knows his stuff. He does an excellent job explaining all the options and working out what is best for specific situation. He is also very responsive and clear in all his communications. Also, Sam is very knowledgeable with VA loans and related programs. We worked with a lender before finding Sam and the deal fell apart because the lender made some mistakes.
