Sam is by far one of the best, mortgage planners that I've ever worked with. He always made time to answer my questions and was extremely flexible with my schedule. He even responded to my calls on Saturdays because he would put in the time to work on weekends. He's absolutely dedicated to helping others. His staff was always professional and courteous. I highly recommend him. You can't find anyone better in the area.

While shopping around for mortgage lenders, Sam was one of the fastest to respond to my inquiry, and also offered one of the lowest rates. He took the time to answer all my questions, whether by phone or email, on multiple occasions, and also answered further questions by informing me on what to expect next. I highly recommend you contact him if you need a loan and want great service.

Sam Rosenblatt and the whole team at the Rosenblatt group were very helpful and responsive through the whole loan process. This wasn't the first home I've bought, but it's the first time I felt I had someone I could call or email with questions. He or a member of his staff were always courteous and responsive. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Rosenblatt and his Group worked above and beyond my expectations in explaining to my wife and I the process steps required to obtain bank financing to purchase a single family residence.
