Sam was really helpful. He always came out to our home at around convenience. He discussed all the possible options and directions I could go with my loan. He was not imposing on me to quickly buy our home. It was seriously a pleasure working with you!

I used Sam as my loan officer back when I purchased my house in 2014. He was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I had some issues with my own agent and Sam was there to be of service to get everything set to go for the sale. My parents liked him so much they used him to buy their property a year later.

We were in the scary process of buying a house for the first time, we had loads of questions, but no time (2 year old and an infant at home)- so Sam came to our home. There was no stress about getting a sitter, packing up the kids, or anything- he came during their nap time, answered all of our questions, and never gave any indication that he needed to leave (he spent over an hour with us).
