There was a couple times when two of sams associates contacted me regaurding the same information. While i appreaciate the follow through, i didnt want nor need to give the same information twice. Sam noticed that they both were inquiring about the same thing and kindly pointed it out so that i was the only corresponding with one of his staff. I appreciated that attentiveness and respect for my time.

Having had a miserable experience with our last bank based mortgage lender, we were amazed at Sam's and Academy Mortgage's super fast response to our inquiries and willingness to quickly generate a prequalification letter so that we could make an offer on the property we wanted. Sam is clearly respecetd by the underwriters with whom he works. We also love the web based approach to submitting necessary documents for mortgage application.
