Superb! Very knowledgeable about what products are accessible and is quick in delivery. He even helped the buyer of my old house when their mortgage lender couldn't deliver as promised.

Sam and his team helped my family immensely. My wife and I thought we were prepared for purchasing a home, which was certainly not the case. I am impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. Sam Rosenblatt and hisstaff are exceptional- believe me. When I phone for information, I geta quick response. Explanations are concise and followed up by an e-mail.Requests for paperwork are sent by e-mail and regular mail. When returning completed forms, Sam & his staff always acknowledge receipt.

We used Sam Rosenblatt and his team to refinance our mortgage last year. We could not have asked for things to go any easier. Sam and his team were almost immediate in responses to our needs and questions and made the process as easy as possible for us, including come to our home to sign the paperwork. I got mortgage from Academy mortgage once when we were buying a house and another time when refinancing. My experience with them was great. Sam was very quick in returning calls or emails each time.
