I recently closed a loan with Sam and the experience was excellent. I used to be in the business a few years ago and that makes me a very "tough" customer and it scared me that I wouldn't find someone I could trust or do as good a job as I would. Sam was able to deal with me and showed me that he was in control of my loan through the entire process. Sam was the lender of the buyer of my property. However, due to the complexity of the loan, I had to interact with him throughout the approval process. I must say that I never came across any lender who would go so far to help his/her client and I have dealt with lots of lender in my life. Sam was extremely knowledgeable.
