Sam Sharp and his team at Guaranteed Rate did a fabulous job securing a much better rate for us, patiently walking us through the process and moving quickly to get it all done all while alleviating our stress. We had a great experience with them and will definitely work with them in the future if we need to refinance again or purchase a new home.

Sam was great. First time buying can be daunting to say the least but Sam was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to guide me through the process and respond to my dumb questions patiently. Admittedly, I have not dealt with anyone else in the business; that said, you can't go wrong with Sam and his team.

Sam Sharp exceeded all of my expectations when looking for assistance in purchasing my new home. Sam was a life saver! We are so glad that we met him when we lived in Chicago. We ended up having the house deal in Chicago fall through and a couple of years later we moved back to Boston. My wife and I started going through the process of a home purchase again in Boston and we were working with a local bank. I was purchasing my first property. I wanted to close in less than a month. I also made clear to Sam a series of things that would be important to me. He and his team were able to deliver on every one of my requests with precision. They worked hard to make sure I was happy with their service. They also brought the best initial offer to the table. I have already recommended Sam and his team to some colleagues and look forward to continuing to build a relationship with him and his team as my primary lender option.

I first met Sam back in 2007 through a mutual friend while purchasing my first condo. Six years later... our family started growing and it was time to look for a bigger home. I knew Sam was the right person to call. Sam's knowledge and quick response to my needs was spot on! Sam was always looking out for my best interest. Not only did we buy a new home but Sam helped us refinanced our condo. Buying a house is a BIG decision! Choosing a lender shouldn't be.

First time home buyer, was recommended to work with Sam and have not a single negative thing to say about him, his team or the the experience working with them. Any time I had a question he was there to answer them and did regular followups to ensure things were moving on mine and the sellers end of things. Great person to deal with and very clear on explaining everything the entire way. Would highly recommend Sam and Guaranteed Rate.

We have refinanced with Sam twice. Both experiences were amazing. The professionalism of Sam's team is incredible! Also, Sam is a straight-shooter. He tells you what he can and cannot do without beating around the bush. He has always beat any offer we brought to him from other banks. The last time we closed in less than a month! I highly recommend Sam Sharp!!
