Sam and his whole team are very efficient, friendly, helpful and responsive. I've used him for several refis and a new home purchase. The whole process was made as painless as possible, and actually rather enjoyable. I've recommended him to my friends and family and several have used him, to the same glowing reviews. You'd be crazy not to at least give him a shot.

Sam was great to deal with. Always got back to you within 24 hours, usually within a couple. Ultimate transaction was simple which is all you can ask for something as complex as a mortgage. I would definitely use Sam again.

He was able to help us easily when others could not. We tried with two other lenders and they both gave us a negative response. Sam was fast and was able to verify all our information and give us a confirmation on the loan within weeks. The online progress report made it easy to know in which step of the process the loan was. Very responsive to phone calls and emails.

Sam Sharp and his team were very professional and put together a smooth and professional financing process for the home I was purchasing. Sam was very helpful in our initial decision to buy a home we had selected giving us information on the process and trends in the market. He quickly handed us off to other members of his team and we did not hear from Sam again at any point in the process. Felt very impersonal. We received no congratulations or follow up from him or anyone in his office other than for solicitation to leave him a 5 star review. You can find people who actually care about you and your purchase elsewhere.
Sam told me up front he was expensive because he was the best. All went well, until closing. Communication stopped - I had to reach out several times to get information. My final closing cost was wrong, leaving me short on funds and unable to complete closing.
